I contacted Canady’s for a spring check of my AC unit. They were very pleasant on the phone and very thorough with their questions. I was emailed a photo of Taylor, the technician who would be arriving for the services, about 1 hour before my appointment. In addition to his photo, Taylor’s background and training were also included. Taylor arrived promptly and put on protective “booties” before stepping inside. He explained very thoroughly what he was going to do and gave me information about Canady’s. After inspecting the unit Taylor showed me several issues to be addressed and then proceeded outside to check all connections. Taylor was very knowledgeable and professional - he patiently answered all of my questions! I would not hesitate to recommend Canady’s and Taylor for HVAC attention.
