Called and they had a tech Terrill at our home to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. Our disposal had finally bit the dust. Terrill diagnosed the problem and explained our best option. He was very knowledgeable and able to speak in words we clearly understood. He had all of the parts needed for the fix. This is our second time to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they have a customer for life. We will gladly have Terrill back in our home. Thank You BFP!
