Despite a very frustrating morning with a leak, Dan did a fantastic job of taking care of several issues for us. He identified the problems quickly and handled them in the most efficient manner possible! He was thorough, very helpful with suggestions, and
although he was dealing with a 100 year old home he found a solution to get the leak to stop. He also suggested a more permanent solution.
He was personable, polite, and professional.
I would definitely recommend Dan M. and suggest that Regal Inc. do what they need to do to keep Dan employed with them. Good help (let alone plumbers)is hard to find.
