John D. was very informative about the issues with my HVAC system. I have a very old system, I am hoping it will hang on for at least the next 6 months, before it needs to be replaced with a more efficient system. John showed me several options available in lieu of replacement ( complete with photos on his cell phone ). Very informative and thorough with explanations. Of course the Maser guys always put on the blue booties.
