Jay was well versed in generators. He was extremely helpful and extremely professional and extremely honest. About as good as you can ask for from an estimating standpoint. Highly recommend - a real professional gentlemen who addressed every question and concern. Its not often when someone spends 1 hour at your home just for an estimate - as he wanted to get things correct, not just get a number out.
