This Avas Flowers company is NOT one you want to do business with. Classic bait and switch...had to get AMX involved. I have never once complained about flowers sent in over 35 years of many orders to friends, family, patients. This company is NOT to be trusted. I ordered a beautiful Sweet Sorbet Bouquet...upgraded it...and our sweet friend received a dozen spent roses not closely resembling what we ordered...(she sent a photo) thanking us...totally embarrassed. When I contacted the company I was told by Martha "read our substitution policy"..."we can sunbstitute any flowers we want".... refused to allow me to speak to supervisor. The next day a supervisor responded to an email I sent, apologized, and said he would take care of it...NOT! I contacted AMX who said it is classic bait and switch...and they are handling the dispute. NOT A REPUTABLE Company ....good reviews are made up...I have never in over 35 years dealt with a company like this....save yourself the humilation, dissapointment and aggravation ...order with someone else.
