Dr Lavallee changed my preconceived notions of Chiro care. I was one of the mainstream people who didn't know or care to know about chiropractic medicine until I hurt my lower back. I didn't know what I had done and thought I could wait it out or rehab it or it would go away. Well, after over a year in pain, a friend at the gym convinced me to give him a try. He listened to my complaints and could tell I was skeptical. He examined me and did xrays. At the end of my first manipulation, I walked out of the office standing straight, shoulders back and the pain was gone. Turns out my injury was a bulging disk that would require subsequent visits. I now look forward to my monthly maintenance visits and he has helped me overcome other skeletal imbalance issues, shoulder and hip and ankle issues that were hampering my performance in the gym. I'm sold.
