Great Customer Service and knowledgeable technicians. I had to replace my water heater. Did a little research and found Waterbury to have the best price. The person I spoke to (Holly) was great. Took the time to answer all my questions.
Troy was the technician who installed the Water Heater. He was awesome. Arrived on time and very knowledgeable. He was friendly and also answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Waterbury!!!
