Chewy was great. Called ahead regarding expected time of arrival in the agreed-upon interval. Evaluated the situation quickly (potential repairs vs new installation) and recommended course of action that was appropriate - then got onto the work immediately and had it done within 2-3 hours (beyond expectations that it would be done same day).
