Really disappointing 12/27/2018

The sales rep came to our house the day after we scheduled an appt. He was great-- courteous and flexible. He assured us that they could install carpets right away. Installers never showed up. I called the company.The automated option to get a call back wasn't working. I was on hold with Empire's 800 number for 29 min and got disconnected within 30 seconds of the talking to an agent. more
