So around 11:00 am my fiancé and soon to be mother in law was out working door dash when the got a order to go to chipotle on limestone next to the McDonald’s on campus so my fiancé and her mom pull into the parking lot and park. Fiancé gos in to get order and her mom stays in the vehicle might I add a cop was sitting close by so no sooner then she walks into the restaurant a Metro tow truck comes flying in and hooks up to her car without looking to see if anyone was in it and so my soon to be mother in law gets startled by the back end of the car raising up and starts yelling HEY HEY HEY IM IN THE CAR loud enough the cop hears it with windows up and the fiancé here’s it inside the rest Restaurant as well and so the tow truck drive hurry’s and DROPs the car and Takes off which is illegal to start with and so they then damage my fiancé’s car and it gets reported as a hit and run cause the tow truck driver hurry’s off to the other side of the restaurant and so the owner shows up out their saying we are lying about the damage that they didn’t do it when their was two witnesses proving they done it one being a cop and then the lady says her cars a front wheel drive so you telling me that the tow company was going to drag a 2016 car by the rear end out so that they can mess the tires up not to mention what else they would have done in order to get their little tow. I must say this is by far the dirties and most unprofessional company in Lexington I hope everyone thinks twice about having these idiots tow your vehicle!!!!!!!!
