Jay the tech who came out was great. He got us set up and even came back out a second time to get my attorney set up with the app on her phone since she was not here for the initial set up. Overall we were very pleased with Jay and SafeTouch of Tampa as well for the excellent customer service that was provided in getting us set up. We will be recommending and passing on his name to anyone who ask us about the company.
