He had excellent care in the two months he was here. I would like to say the patient representatives, Laurie and Cheyenne, were very helpful in helping us get across what we needed and making it happen. The family received excellent training in taking care of the track, and we feel confident about taking care of him at home because of the training. I would also like to say we weren’t too happy with the case manager. We felt we needed more time with her and her support. She’s the only one we're disappointed in, everything else was awesome.
