I didn't know yoga therapy existed, and was a step beyond normal yoga classes. I've been going for 3 weeks now, initially because I am suffering from tendonitis so I was wanting to do something while I healed. I have done soooo many yoga classes and apps out of obligation to my health but I really thought they were so boring. Lisa is really good at curating moves and teaching you good form and how to make it ease up or push a stretch. Everything about her class, from the music, to her voice, how gently she interacts with each person, to each move, really does renew and restore. I feel so awesome mentally and physically that I am going to keep going even once my tendonitis lets up.
