This guy took my elderly mother for a few grand. Did a land contract for my mom and completely twisted it in the favor of the buyer. Then he Lost the Land Contract. Also did a will and power of attorney and never received them. So if you want to throw your money away, hire him. Also his office looks like a hoarders.
