For instance, at the beginning of class, she asks if there is a particular part of the body that anyone might want emphasized for the day’s session.
Lisa, in a quiet and encouraging way, corrects a yoga posture that needs improvement. Or she might add a cushion or blanket that might help the student perfect a yoga stretch.
Lisa has the ability to create imagery that helps the student relax and gain confidence.
Through Lisa’s instruction, I have benefited from yoga immensely both with strengthening my core and with improving my sense of inner peace.
