Silver Pine does not care about there patients just about profit. I am not working and about to lose my insurance and other them a relatively small balance which they sent to collections. They stuck me in a payment plan which I could not afford and I told them this but they did nothing to help. I have several other doctors who are more than willing to help but not Silver Pine. My last visit the said to see me again and I explained about balance and he said no problem just make a payment on that day. Today I received a call about my next appointment on Friday and they said they could not see me because of balance and had to be paid in full I told them I could not pay in full but committed to making a payment but this was not good enough. Nice to know that Silver Pine is a practice so committed to patient care. NOT!!!
