I just want to say that Cornerstone Real Estate Management Company has the most profession Owner and Staff over many management companies that we have used in other states. We had another management company in North Carolina and one thing they didn’t do was review regularly our properties and were slow on giving us our monthly reports and sometimes had mistakes, with one time charging us for large expenses in another property that we didn’t even own. But after our Realtor recommended Cornerstone, they review our properties annually and of course when tenants changed. It is a pleasure to have a friendly staff that always follows-up in a timely manner, which other businesses don’t seem to have these days.
