My compliments to Pro-Tec for professional and timely service to my home hot water heaters. The service tech, Ryan K, was knowledgeable, arrived when he said he would, communicated in helpful terms what was needed and worked efficiently while he was in our home. First class service by Ryan. Best I’ve had among many used recently as we resettled in our winter home. My next problem with plumbing, water or gas will be followed with a call to Pro-Tec first thing!
