The next time I needed a refill on a different prescription, Dr. Ritter sent in the wrong prescription. When I called to fix the dosage, her staff was rude and condescending, stating that what she sent in is correct. I have been taking this medication for over 10 years and I know what dosage I need. It took several hours of phone tag to finally get the prescription correct.
My last interaction with Dr. Ritter's office was an incorrect bill sent on her office's part. They sent my labs to an out of network lab, even though I always have my labs done at an in network lab, resulting in a high out of pocket payment on my part. I have been bounced around from her office to the lab to my insurance to try to get this fixed.
I've had nothing but issues with this practice. I will never return.
