My 3 year old a/c unit recently had the coil fail requiring a replacement. Craig U. was the Tech that came to service it. During my "summer" contract inspection, the Tech who inspected it did not catch the low freon charge in the unit. Craig diagnosed it immediately, apologized for the oversight and informed me of the charges for the needed freon, the time it would take for the replacement unit to arrive for the job and how long the install would take. He, also, explained that if the unit started to fail to keep the home cool before the new coil arrived, that I was to call and he would come back immediately and top off the freon charge. He, later, had a cancellation and slid my repair into his schedule. He arrived and did a fantastic job in less time than he had originally told me. He was very professional and cordial and took the time to answer any and all questions. For future maintenance calls, I'm requesting that Craig be the Tech assigned to my HVAC system calls. more
