The staff at AquaStar were polite, professional and competent. I called on a Sunday evening when my furnace quit working and was without heat. I requested for a repairperson to come the following morning and they arrived promptly the next morning and were able to fix the problem within a short amount of time. They took the time to explain my options for purchasing a new furnace/AC and made sure to answer all of my questions. My appointments were scheduled quickly and they were very accommodating in working with my schedule. Staff arrived promptly each day and worked efficiently on the installation of my new furnace/AC as well as for all the ductwork performed. I’m very satisfied with the high quality furnace/AC installed and the duct cleaning/sealing has made a huge difference in my home. I highly recommend AquaStar for their excellent service and quality work.
