They did my taxes for two years. It wasn't better or worse than my last CPA. I called and asked a I asked a question in JUNE of my CPA and didn't get an answer for three months. I was never told I would be charged, let alone $300 dollars. In the three month wait (since I figured they'd forgot) I solved my own problem in two hours with google. I literally paid $300 for nothing. I expressed this very clearly to ST&A and they acted like they cared but didn't do anything to change it. I was even told I could wait to pay with my next years tax prep but then I started getting charged interest. STAY AWAY! Terrible business practices. I paid my bill but I hope I can warn other to stay away!
