the gentleman I dealt with went well above the service I expected. I have an old chain saw. I just knew it was dead. the young man said give me a minute. took it back to one of their mechanics (Eddie I believe) . the mechanic said all I needed was a simple fix. He did on the spot at no charge. You don't get service like that these days....Highly recommend
