Recently Wes Hart responded to my heating service repair call, outdoor coils not defrosting, a typical service problem. It became more than typical because of several bad replacement control boards from the supplier. This board would normally opperate the defrost cycle. Wes stuck with the job to completion and customer satisfaction under challenging misleading conditions because of the several bad replacement parts. My HVAC is now working normally because of his knowledge and uncommon good work ethic. Wes is the kind of person who performs for others as he would do for himself. Good job Wes.
