Willie WAS EXCEPTIONAL and I did not do ANY checking behind him because he and Canady's have earned my TRUST !!! This is HUGE in this customers thinking. He was warm, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. His explanation of what I have in my A/C and how I can improve it were right on target & I have asked him to have someone to assist me with planning timing and paying. Hang onto this man !!!
