We lost heat at our beach house when another HVAC vendor did not do their contracted repairs correctly. Once the cold set in, our pipes froze. I was able to find Kellam Mechanical's technician Joe B. in his truck at another site in our neighborhood. I asked for help from him and he agreed to see my house later that day. He fixed our heat and explained what the other vendor did incorrectly. He has been doing this job and explained that our house was the coldest he had worked on in his 17 years yet he did so with a great attitude. Joe and Kellam Mechanical were awesome.
