Nova was a great technician...very knowledgeable as well as courteous about my needs. He worked hard to ensure the water heater installation was to code, even though that meant making a trip to the supply warehouse to get JUST the right materials.If I wouldn't have been home, I wouldn't have known he had been here...he cleaned everything up and swept my floor too!
