Our house was built in 1890 and is an attached duplex (where we do not own the other side). The folks from DryZone did an awesome job bringing out their engineers to make sure we could lift our side of the house without disturbing the attached home. The work conditions were less than perfect, cold out, wet crawl space, and enough room to crawl around on your knees and elbows. The workers were polite, never complained, and did an AMAZING job. Insulated and encapsulated the crawl space, installed a dehumidifier and sump pump, and installed 3 steel beams and their jack system. The home is now dry and structurally sound!
