I had quite a few issues with Blanton's. They never called me back, didn't set up an appointment, and seemed like my business was not worth their time. However, Scotty was the most helpful and professional individual I have worke'd with in a very long time. He provided well thought out advice, went the extra mile, and was extremely professional. If you call Blanton's and need not a good but a great HVAC technician, ask for Scotty.
