Had a leak in my bathroom and once my landlord made the phone call the Scott English team was quick and very courteous. After receiving the phone call from Kelly B letting me know that they were on the way I was happy that they came when she said they would. When Josh and Jose arrived they were professional, courteous, and made an effort to make sure nothing was going to be soiled in my home. After diagnosing the problem quickly they let me know what they would be doing and got straight to work. They carefully covered parts of my bathroom that were underneath the area of ceiling that was being removed and left the bathroom neat and tidy after finishing their work.
