They came to my house on 7/26/17 and told me, in spite of having past techs telling me my house wasn't a good candidate for satellite, that they had a guy who was a wizard. For the last 2 days I have no signal. The signal that I did have prior to this was buggy and cut out often. He jerrry rigged a system that worked (kind of) for a few days on one of my TVs that was especially bad. I was under the understand he was going to came back and fix it. Apparently that wasn't his understanding, I can't wait for a week for him to show up, so I called Dish directly This has been a total disaster for me. I hope I'm not out $2400 more
