Trevor was my technician. He was polite and efficient. I was pleased that he left everything just the way he found it. He had to dig to find my septic tank. When he left, my yard looked just as he'd found it. Which was way different than in between time. He explained what he was doing to me, and kept me informed and as involved as I wished to be. I would definitely use Express Septic Pumping again, and hope that I get Travis.
