I called 4 weeks ago and got a price quote for a windshield. The price sounded right. They said they would come out the following week to install it. They showed up. I gave the the money in cash that I was quoted. 4 mins after I walk away they call me and said that they ordered the wrong windshield. They asked if I wanted my money back and I told them no that I would wait I guess. They said the right windshield would be in my car in 1 week. A week came and passed so I called them. They then said it's been ordered but ain't here yet. Then they said that I will be more money as well. They set it up for the following week to change it. The rep told me to pull my own windshield out and that would save money on their wrong quote. They never got ahold of me that week. I called them the next week and was told that it still ain't in yet. They said they would call on it and find out where it is. I waited 3 days for them to call me back to let me know when. I was told that it just came in on a Wednesday of that week late at night. They then said it will be installed the following Wednesday. They lied on the Monday the week the windshield did get to them saying that they would find out where it is and let me know. I had to call them. And even tho I gave them the right info a month ago, and they ordered the wrong one. I had to wait 5 weeks from my first call to them placing the order. They said it would be a week. Now lets see if it is done on the 5th Wednesday which is coming up.
