We had a sales rep at our new home to help purchase the correct system and mentioned that we currently have a Kinetico water softener at our cabin but have noticed that it never needs salt added and think that there may be a salt bridge preventing it from working properly. Our sales rep made a call and we received service the next time we were there and problem was solved. It was so nice to not have to make a few calls and have it taken care by Aquarius. I call that great service! The service tech was very efficient, thanks. more
