We had an excellent experience with service by Uptown Plumbing this week.Brandon was on time, courteous, listened to questions and answered each one very carefully and explained each question until we understood his explanation, efficient, knew his job, friendly and was interested in our needs. Brandon is competent and has confidence in his work and has very good work ethics. We would recommend Brandon and Uptown Plumbing to our family or friends.
We liked the company policy of sending a photo of the service person coming to our door ahead of his arrival along with his name. Sara was helpful to us over the telephone with our appointment needs.
