I used Michael & Sons because of all their interesting advertising regarding good customer service. Well, Let me tell you they replaced my hvac system 4 years ago and it has been a nightmare. Last summer when the temperature reached 90 degrees the system shut down. Again this summer the same thing has happened. When I called on Saturday July 15 I was given a service date of July 19 but was told I would be put on a "priority" list because we are under warranty. Sunday morning I was told we were 3rd on the waitlist. It is 5pm and we have heard from no one know I have been on hold for OVER 30 min and being told I have a scheduled appointment on July 19th and they had no plans on coming out today. This is not the kind of service I expected from this company. more
