Extortionists. They make you feel like .. for every decision you make or if you disagree with them. No I do not need your $24 .. cone I can get a nicer one at Petsmart for $10. They flat out refuse to give you prescriptions 90% of the time, which is by the way illegal, and tell you how awful you are and how you will hurt your animal by not filling with them at their exorbitant amount. They lose payments, forget to apply the financial aid that you received, and don't allow you to see your animals until you pay their new inflated bill since the financial office isn't available (apparently ever) and NO they will not refund you if you put it on a cc to get your pet out. Spent over an hour fighting with them before finally getting my dogs.
