Ben and Paul were both extremely knowledgeable, which I expected from a Sears team member. The bonus was how VERY thoughtful and considerate they were for my safety and comfort while the contracted work was being accomplished. I will definitely use the Sears Teams for any household repairs or other services which are offered by Sears!
