We've used Guy Smith as our "go to" for quite a number of years. We'll continue to do so, primarily based on two factors: their professional expertise and their customer service. This past Sunday (June 18) is a perfect case in point. Our A/C didn't function and it was uncomfortably warm. It was also a Sunday, and Father's Day, to boot. No matter - we called and they responded. Not only were they there quickly, identified and corrected the problem at a very reasonable charge, but we got Gerald, a certified, gold-plated All Star. He is, in our view, the near-perfect combination of a talented technician, and a cheerful, positive, worthwhile human being at the same time. Although drenched in perspiration (did I mention it was warm?) he never missed a beat. Having someone of this caliber available to address our HVAC concerns is precisely the reason we're staying with Guy Smith. more
