I was extremely pleased that G.F.Bowman was able to send a technician to my house so promptly after my call for a non- functioning air conditioner this morning. James arrived within 2 hours, was extremely courteous and professional and fixed the issue in reasonable time. He appeared very thorough in his manner of checking various aspects of the system and was willing to explain his actions to me. I would highly recommend this company and this technician!
