Mark was friendly and informative, explaining everything he was going to do. He performed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the worksite when he finished. He went to the extra trouble of labeling the wall opening pieces so that I could re-install them properly and easily. He was willing to examine another problem to see if he could help and was honest when he had to say that he didn't know the answer to my question. All-in-all he provided professional competence with excellent customer service.
