Joseph was on time and spent enough time to thorougly review and test our water heater and A/C in the house and outside. He asked me to look at some thins while he explained
what was needed and how he was helping (we have an old system which had never been maintained). He explained things clearly and presented options. Just a very engaging and courteous, knowledgable young man.Excellent value.
