I have been driving the same car for 10 years. I have been to a few repair shops in those years and this one is by far the worse repair shop I have ever been to !! The free estimate is a scam. The owner Mike is very rude. Yelled at me because I told him 5 days was too long to give an estimate. Then he charged me $250 for the estimate. When I came in, the mechanics were either standing around or watching TV. When I called the owner Mike sounded like he was sleeping. It was 10:00am where is the work ethic ? This is why people complain about this place taking too long.
When you come to this place, make sure you have a lawyer because you will feel the way they deal with customers is a crime.
