I am not an expert on Italian cuisine but I know that there's nothing authentic about this place.
To begin, there's nothing fresh. We had fried mozzarella sticks that tasted like they came from a box. My wife ordered the chicken marsala and we had to return it. The sauce tasted like flour and butter, it was slimy thick. The mash were definitely from a box. She ordered a burger instead and it tasted old and frozen.
I ordered the chicken parm from the house specialties, I was not much better. The sauce was watered down and bland, the chicken was rubbery, and they covered it a pound of mozzerella.
I am not fond of chain restaurants, but I have had better meals at OG. I will not return... not even for a free meal.
