First time using Sears Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning in Indian Trail, NC. Mike was the lead. Done a great job. Had an issue with what I thought was going to be the charged (quote) and he corrected it right away. Will look for them to clean again. I have dogs and made the carpet look like new (it is 10 years old)
