We have had several leaks within months of moving in. Bad interior paint job ----The paint job is absolute crap. There is paint on my cabinets. There is a big difference between interior painters who are efficient in doing the job and those who just want to cut corners. Paint will come off the wall if you wipe it with a damp cloth.
