Poor Customer Service - Staying with Sandy's Pet Center 5/23/2017

Called store to find out if they carried a product and what the price was. I almost hung up since it kept ringing- eventually someone picked up and said they'd have to call me back. She would only take my name and number made me repeat everything several times.(I was speaking very clearly, she sounded half asleep. I think the call woke her up). After I got a call back they took my question and said they'd have to call back again. I never heard back; clearly checking for me quickly was too much effort. Shopped in store once since something we use was on sale and no one offered to help with anything. We had to ask if someone could help lift down and carry heavy items for us. Think over 50lb we obviously couldn't handle and employees in plain sight who didn't feel like helping. Agway had an okay sale on that but disappointing otherwise. Seemed like Sandy's was smaller but had better quality products. Sticking with Sandy's Pet center for sure. Under 2min on the phone their girl got me the price, items in stock and even checked upcoming sales! Worth the extra few minutes of driving, thought we'd check Agway since they're closer. more
