Rich E was just fantastic I had a major power surge at my home Rich came out found what was buzzing in my attic he also checked over my entire roe trial system and suggested that I protect my home from future power surges needless to say I am now protected thanks to Rich's suggestion I look forward to working with Rich W and Beacon in the future
