Although my wife requested a plumbing service and a pump truck was sent, Corey was very informative in trying to solve a problem with odor in one bathroom. He took time to review the septic and drain field situation and checked for smells, finding none. Unfortunately, I still had to pay for a service call without being pumped out. Not nis problem. Friendly and knowledgeable. Maybe got my seventynine dollars worth?
